Trying to Forget

Went for a walk to try to forget a Memory I can’t own. Found myself lost in the woods of the forest in my head tripping over reminders of you. Every tree was carved with your face, with their branches bristling in the wind, a wind that was whispering your name. So much for forgetting. I’m better at remembering
