This felt really stiff and awkward. That’s to be This felt really stiff and awkward. That’s to be expected after not playing for so long. I was just focused on getting used to the court and loosening up my very stiff right shoulder. When I’m not hitting well in practice, I try to focus on things like recovering from a bad game, or forgetting the last shot and focusing on the current one, or not losing my temper. There’s always something to improve even in situations that don’t seem to be working out. As usual, I’m wearing my @altamaboots Maritime Assault shoes. I do everything in these shoes.
Active day today! Worked-out at 6am, played tennis Active day today! Worked-out at 6am, played tennis at 2:30pm, and ran at 5:30pm. Did them all in my @altamaboots Maritime Assault shoes. I really think a disciplined and active lifestyle is the best way to deal with stress, anxiety, and lethargy. I like how reps combine to form mini accomplishments, and these remind me that there are still many areas under my control, and as long as I stay committed and keep progressing, I can look forward to a great future.

Combined with running, yoga, and body weight workouts, that’s a lot to keep me challenged and on track to stay high energy, pain free, and extremely functional. I love drawing, painting, playing Minecraft, and creating with Elijah and other kids because they ask you, they challenge you, to make stuff you wouldn’t normally think of. I was talking to my good friend @neilnakamoto abou I was talking to my good friend @neilnakamoto about a favorite theme: The Future of Work. One question that came up (that keeps coming up in other conversations): Will you require your employees to go back to the office? Here are my thoughts: Let’s start with Clarity around our mission, customers, customer value, and priorities, then let’s ask, “What are the Competencies we need to achieve all those?” Only then do we ask, “Where are these competencies best acted on?” Where we work is not a function of management convention, individual convenience, or popular social media opinion propagated by media that do not care about our organization’s goals. To us, the question we’re asking isn’t “Should people come back to the office?” but “How do we empower ourselves and others to create and capture massive value for our customers, our organization, and ourselves?” The WHERE becomes clear when the WHY, WHO, and WHAT are aligned on. We have a wonderful opportunity to redefine work, by that I mean how we create and capture value. Let’s not waste it on reactive questions, shallow opinions, and linear answers. As for me, I want to create and capture value anytime and anywhere. And I want the same for all our teams. #onlydumbhashtagsfromnowon

A simple morning routine does wonders. Every morni A simple morning routine does wonders. Every morning, I workout, do my devotions, and meditate. For breakfast, I only have a cup of coffee or Matcha (no milk) and and glass of psyllium husk, to avoid getting out of a fasted state. The best routines are the one that help you achieve your goals, and they’re different for everyone. So define your goals and set your routines mindfully.

@elijahbonifacio and I found old @raspberrypi part @elijahbonifacio and I found old @raspberrypi parts and built a @lego house for it. We then connected it to the TV in the living room, my @logitechg gaming mouse and @logitech Bluetooth keyboard = a minicomputer that can get on the Internet and play media! Though the peripherals cost most more than the computer, I think it’s important for kids to know that they can put machines together themselves and understand how they work.
