Like the rest of life, many times what you have is all you need, and it’s those who can maximize what they have - not those who have a lot - who succeed. Calisthenics, Kettle Bells, Jump Rope, Sprints, Boxing, Resistance Bands, Yoga, and a lot of walking is pretty much my workout mix. Mindful running. While I was running, I thought a Mindful running. While I was running, I thought about just how much this place, Bonifacio Global City, has changed. 15-16 years ago, I used to be able to run across wide open fields and not bump into people. Now it’s an amazing and busy community. 14-16 years ago I used to eat only one meal of 4 eggs, a protein shake, and a salad. 14-16 years ago I used to wonder where my next paycheck would come from. 14-16 years ago I used to worry whether I would make my mortgage payments. 14-16 years ago I used to uselessly stress over the wrong relationships. 14-16 years ago I used to feel like my life and career decisions were so wrong and that I my trajectory would end in failure. 14-16 years ago, I stopped listening to my doubts because there were just way too many, and I took control over my thoughts. I would decide what I would think.
